 To help you with your JUST A CARD digital marketing membership, here are the answers to some common questions:

1) I have a question about joining the group, who is best to talk to?

We are delighted to be partnering with Melissa Critchley from Wildcurrant Marketing to deliver the JUST A CARD digital marketing group. If you have any questions about whether group is right for you and your business and you can’t find them on our website, please do get in touch with Melissa at melissa@wildcurrant.co.uk.

2) I have signed up to become a digital marketing member but haven’t received a confirmation email or information about how to access the group via Podia.

We use teaching and membership platform Podia to host our membership content. Your joining information and the details you need to access the private Podia group are sent out by email within 48 hours after you make your first month’s payment. Please check your junk mail and spam folder to see if the email may be in there. If the email still hasn’t reached you, please get in touch with Melissa at melissa@wildcurrant.co.uk and she will be able to help.

3) I’ve realised I spelt my email address incorrectly when I set up my membership, can I change it?

Much as we would like to help, unfortunately we are unable to edit the email address used to create your membership and subscription payment. The best course of action is to get in touch with us as hello@justacard.org and we can cancel and refund your original membership under the incorrect email address, allowing you to then rejoin with the correct one.

4) I’d like to pause or cancel my membership

You are most welcome to pause or cancel your digital marketing membership at any time. You can manage this via your account by visiting www.justacard.org/account and logging in using the email address and password you set up when creating your membership. If you have any problems, please contact hello@justacard.org.
